By accessing and using Relm ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

Relm provides a spiritual companion platform offering daily devotionals, guided meditations, prayer resources, Bible study tools, and related spiritual content. Some features require a premium subscription.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) • A 7-day free trial is available for new users • You will be charged after the trial period unless you cancel • Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period • Refunds are handled according to Apple App Store or Google Play Store policies

All content provided through Relm, including devotionals, meditations, audio files, and text, is owned by Relm or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

You agree not to: • Use the App for any unlawful purpose • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems • Share your account credentials with others • Reverse engineer or decompile the App • Use the App in any way that could harm or impair its functionality

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Relm is not a substitute for professional spiritual counseling or mental health services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relm shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the App at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
